The 52nd Westport Fine Arts Festival

Children’s Activities

Gault Family Companies and David Adam Realty are sponsors for this year’s children's area. Encanto Village is based on the 2021 animated movie “Encanto.” Children can participate in an inspirational community project called “Westport Rocks.” Each child can nurture his or her own "gift" of artistry by writing inspiring messages on the rocks. These rocks will be placed in planters around downtown Westport. Similar to the movie, the rocks will reflect the themes of strength, beauty, and nature. In addition, there will be “Encanto'' theme activities such as face painting provided by Yasmeen Face Painting and Henna, tie-dye provided by Ariana Crusculo Tie Dye, and jewelry for tweens and teens supplied by Sweet Bond. To capture the spirit of “Encanto”, local artist Abby Correa will display a beautiful backdrop of the village. Finally, there will be musical performances from Westport's Suzuki School of Music and New Canaan’s School of Rock for entertainment. Unlike Bruno, you’ll want to talk about this children’s area!
